WHEN CAN YOU RETURN AND EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
- Change of mind returns
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept the return of any of our products simply because you have changed your mind. Please choose carefully and ensure that any product you select is right for you.

Damaged products
- If you notice a product has been delivered to you in a damaged condition, you must report to the delivery party on site, or contact us at support@gfmediaart.com within 7 days from the date of delivery. Damaged products are defined as broken or cannot be used.

Scarf Returns
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept scarf returns as a result of customer error or due to a change of mind.

Faulty Products
- You are entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Your refund will be issued in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. Shipping and handling costs are nonrefundable. GF Media Art will deduct 10% from your refund for the restocking fee if your claim was made after 7 days of your initial order.

HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?
Your balance will be refunded within 14 days after you returned the items. If you have paid by credit or debit card, we will refund the balance to the card originally used. If you have paid with PayPal, we will refund the balance to your PayPal account.
